Alpe di Giumello, not far from the Italian-Swiss border, is located in the upper Morobbia Valley. Here there is a stable, a dairy, a cellar and some buildings used as accommodation for those who work there. An alpine pasture produces an exquisite DOP cheese, perfect for a refreshment at the end of the climb, which is very long: from Giubiasco it is in fact more than 18 kilometers at an average 7.5%, with some gravel sections and a final constantly over 11%.

The vintage car body 🚗 is still in place. But now it's nice and green, without pallets or anything else. Pleasant to drive on the flat ground in the valley. But in midsummer it's very sunny and warm ☀️🥵🚲
