A real hidden gem within beautiful Brimpsfield. The Norman church dating back to 1200 is a bit off the track and separated from the also very charming village, which is due to a former castle situated between village and church and being swiped by Edward II as a penalty to an attempted coup.

This is a beautiful park just off the High Street. Sandford Park is one of Cheltenham's lesser known little paradises. Apart from the park and gardens there is a large play area for kids.

A fun gravel bridleway running between Elkstone and Colesbourne. Take care in the winter, it becomes very wet!

Although slightly shorter than Cleeve common, Cleeve hill commands the better views by far.

Brockhampton Park is a grade 2 listed manor house near Cheltenham. Originally built in 1640 it's seen many alterations and improvements over the years. The East Range was rebuilt between 1864 and 1868. It was a recovery home for solders in WW2. More recently it has been converted into 21 flats and is now lived in and cared for by the residents.

Best to hike when the sun is shining.

A good gravel bridleway which stay solid, though there are some big puddles in winter.

Hard-packed gravel climb - technical surface but not too steep.

A great cycleway that works well with the other cycleways in Cheltenham... especially the one through Pittville Park.

Classic Cotswold climbing. Not the hardest but by no means the easiest... there are a couple of fairly steep bit. The beautiful avenue of trees at the top is a welcome sight!
