Casa del poeta is a very special place with a rustic and impressive tree in the middle of a square where various seating options invite you to pause. There are also thoughts in Italian that can connect people: “Life is a gift that only comes once. Enjoy it.” The monumental tree, which has been called Albero del Poeta, is a Juniperus macrocarpa that probably took root there around 1850 (+/-) 50. This genus of juniper (cypress tree) can grow to a height of 14m. You can also have great views here, in addition to looking into your own inner life.

The sea here is wonderfully clear and blue.

From here you have a nice view of the Torre di Flumentorgiu.

The beach and sea are magical here and not so crowded.

Even though this is a county road, there are often not many cars traveling along it. The view is wonderful as the road runs right next to the sea.

The Flumentorgiu tower, located a short distance from the splendid beach of Torre dei Corsari (whose name refers to this tower), was built by the Spanish towards the end of the 16th century to monitor and defend against the maritime incursions of Saracen pirates. Classified as a "torre de armas", it was capable of resisting any type of naval attack. The sea views from here are naturally expansive and spectacular.
