The famous "ascent to the Enna ascent" which makes many cyclists sweat on the Sicily Divide. Take it slow, scale this wall with every gear, catch your breath and, once at the top, turn around to look at the splendor of the valley you have left behind. Get ready for the dive that will lead you to the actual climb to Enna!

Pergusa is famous for the Autodromo di Pergusa, a historic car track which has hosted international races. Lake Pergusa, located nearby, is an oasis of tranquility and natural habitat.

Valguarnera is a town rich in history, probably populated since the archaic era. Hilly landscapes, rich cultural heritage and fascinating cuisine. Worth a visit.

Lake Pergusa has a surface area of just 1.4 km² and a maximum depth of 12 metres. Despite its modest size, it has a good variety of flora and fauna.

The station was located on the Dittaino-Piazza Armerina-Caltagirone railway line and remained operational until 1971. The train was mainly dedicated to the transport of goods and workers.
