Great gravel!

Nice track above Lulworth; with great views over Lulworth cove and hamlet, mind the trackters,

Very slippy about 7 miles into the ride. Wet limestone was exposed in places onto the path and was treacherous

Studland Bay is dominated by one of the south coast's most famous landmarks - Old Harry. It is part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and is managed by the National Trust. The chalk formations are popularly known as Old Harry Rocks, but the name Old Harry actually refers to the single chalk rock that stands furthest out to sea. Visited in July 2024 and very easy to lose the bridleway (heading East to West). At the point where there is a gate with a flattened wire fence, stick to the side of the fence further up the hill. Bulls may be blocking the path without much room to get around them.

Its the end of the ridge so views over Swanage and over to Poole harbour too. Super nice.

A geat chalky ridge ride with amazing views of this crazy landscape

Very fun, but watch out if you don't have suspension as it can be quite rough and loose!
