The trail was hiked again in November: it has become much more eroded by water and probably also by motocross (judging by the marks on the bottom and sides). In one section, mountain biking is no longer possible because the pedals hit the sides.

Very good descent, smooth going, on rocky terrain, some slightly rough sections, but no difficulty (possibility of going around the sides).

An island of freshness for a relaxing break

Dirt track, a little hilly, very busy, good for walking (gravel, VTC, mountain bike). Possibility of continuing north then west on the same type of track.

Very nice quiet mountain road

Very good trail, to be done both uphill and downhill, with a small canyon in the middle to cross (use the path above for the ascent, but you can cross it more easily when you go down). Pretty colors (earth ocher, red, orange...).

This magnificent road which passes through the dam lake of Saint-Cassien, Tanneron and Mandelieu-la-Napoule is also called the mimosas route, as these trees are numerous on this section. Mimosa is a beautiful winter flowering tree, well known for its golden yellow flowers. This road has a third name: the road of the perched villages of the east of the Var. You will see in addition to beautiful views of the sea at the end of the route, many villages on their promontories.
