The PTTK Odrodzenie shelter is one of the most beautifully situated shelters in the entire Karkonosze. It is located at an altitude of 1236 m above sea level above the Karkonosze Pass. From the shelter there is an extraordinary panorama of the Jelenia Góra Valley and other peaks.

This granite rock group located in the area of Sucha Góra, rich in outcrops, is a kind of symbol of the inaccessibility of the Karkonosze rocks, even though it is located in a sparse spruce forest about 1.5 km from the popular blue trail connecting Przesieka with the Karkonoska Pass.

First hut on Polish territory when you come from Spindlermühlen. Self-service and quite expensive, 2 large beers 6.90 euros. The view towards Hohes Rad and the Hirschberger Valley is great. Excellent place to admire the sunset.

Against the impressive mountain backdrop of the Giant Mountains, an architectural jewel stands out here that is no less impressive: an original Norwegian stave church has stood here for more than 180 years, although its origins are much older. The local community put the building up for sale to build a new one, but it was acquired under Prussian rule and found a second "life" here.
