Wooden churches always impress me. This one—apparently a typical Lemko church (they had good taste!)—dates back to the early 19th century and is an Orthodox church. It's not on the Main Beskid Trail itself, but almost there, so it's worth the detour.

The church was built in 1779 on the site of an earlier one, burned down in 1777 during the fights of the Bar Confederates with Russian troops. It was rebuilt in 1874. A thorough renovation in 2019–2020 restored the church to its former appearance. Since 2009, it has been an Orthodox church.

The first church was built in this place in 1629, and the current one was built in its place in the 18th century and thoroughly rebuilt in 1871. Until 1947 and the displacement of the inhabitants, it was a Greek Catholic church, and in the years 1947-1958 a Catholic church. Due to the poor condition of the building, a decision was made to demolish it, but it was saved. This was thanks to several previously displaced families who returned to Hańczowa and renovated the church for the needs of the Orthodox parish established in 1958. In later years, the church was renovated several more times. The area of the church is surrounded by a wooden fence with gates from the 19th century. A granite cross was placed in 1988 to commemorate the millennium of the baptism of Ruthenia. A bronze plaque dedicated to the Lemkos expelled in 1947 hangs on the wall of the church.

A good, asphalt road through a pass 554 m above sea level. The pass itself is hidden in the forest, and the ascents (descents) are very scenic.

The church in Skwirtne (currently a Roman Catholic church) was built in 1837. The tripartite temple was built using a log construction, with shingled walls and roofs. The interior is decorated with figurative and ornamental polychrome from 1900. A modern partition in the form of an iconostasis was placed between the nave and the presbytery, while the remains of the old iconostasis from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries were placed on the walls.

The church is considered one of the most beautiful churches in Poland due to its proportions. It is definitely worth visiting.

The Orthodox church was built in 1933, after the entire population of Kwiatoń had converted to Orthodoxy (the so-called Tylawa schism). The church served the faithful until 1947, when, after the village was evicted as part of the "Vistula" action, a warehouse was set up in the church. It was not until 1988 that the Orthodox managed to regain the church, renovate it and prepare it for worship.
