This German housing estate was built just before the war (work was completed after its outbreak). This German attention to detail, such as the architectural layout, public buildings, sports field, and so on, is evident from the entrance to this smallest district of Gliwice.

Earth bridge, easy crossing to the other side. I was afraid that I might get an unpleasant surprise in the form of no crossing, but I needn't have been. Be careful after the bridge, it's worth turning left immediately, the path straight ahead leads through the old tracks... full of stones.

The old track, now only sharp gravel remains. It's easy to get a flat tire, it's better to take a roundabout route.
