Some great places at the docks. Nice to stop for coffee and shops.

Steep ascent on the Gloucester side. Totally worth it.

Bridge over the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal just before it enters the main basin of Gloucester Docks.

Gloucester cathedral showcases 1000 years of architectural styles from Norman through to Perpendicular and even the present day as repair and rennovation continues. Pop in and admire the fan-faulted medieval cloisters, colourful Great East Window, and the decorative Lady Chapel, which houses some of the finest Arts & Crafts glass in the country.

Having driven past it for so many years it’s worth stopping at and on this little piece of history👍steep cycle up of coming from Gloucester but worth it for the views.

This area is abundant of mistletoe never seen so much they could supply the country..

A magnificent building which has been polished up recently. Lovely grounds in which to chill out for a bit.

A very cute chapel with a slice of parking, perfect for a mid-ride snack stop and route check

A great way of bypassing the A40 which is basically a motorway at this point. Gets a little muddy after rain, but nothing too bad and remains solid.

Dont forget to look down, otherwise this will be missed, I did.

Great place. Recommended to everyone.

One of the finest buildings in the world. The grounds are a great place to take a break and chill for a while.
