Very lovely village right in front of the Cotswolds. Popular both among walkers (Wychavon Way & The Cotswold Way) and cyclists (close to NCN 442 and some uphills to Broadway Tower, which is ~4 miles from Broadway).

Lovely spot to stop in the picturesque village of Winchcombe for coffee and cake or a light lunch. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, I will be returning!

Nice little cafe with yummy cakes. Attached to an antique store that is also worth a look, if you have time.

Good cafe stop with nice coffee and good selection of cakes. Also a good lunch option on a long ride.

Beautiful Cotswold village. Sudeley Castle is a highlight not to be missed. So are the climbs out of Winchcombe back onto the Cotswolds.

Lots of uphills and very little downhill

Good for leisure cycling. Traffic free connection between Meon Vale and Stratford. From here plenty of routes into the Northern Cotswolds open up. Not so suitable for sports cyclists, due to the track surface and the mixed use.

Beautiful and touristy Cotswolds village. The wide high street has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to stop and refresh. Good starting point to explore the Northern Cotswolds and climb Snowshill and Broadway Tower.

Winchcombe town is a typically pretty Cotswold town with lots of examples of the traditional honey coloured stone buildings. Nice pubs and cafes.

The 12th-century church of St John the Baptist is known for its unusual tower, which is made entirely from wood and dates to the Tudor period, or perhaps earlier. The tower's shape makes it look like a dovecote, and gave rise to the local nickname of 'the pigeons' house'.

A beautiful Cotswold village with a wide main street in the southeast of Worcestershire. A great base for exploring the area that's well set up for visitors with a good selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as lots of accommodation options.

The marina offers 300 flood protected moorings for boats. It's on the River Avon but with easy access to the River Severn. It's a great place to have a break and watch the boast.
