A very fitting end to the Wychavon Way, Broadway is a lovely place.

Peaceful Cotswold village and everyone smiles or speaks. Really friendly.

Very lovely village right in front of the Cotswolds. Popular both among walkers (Wychavon Way & The Cotswold Way) and cyclists (close to NCN 442 and some uphills to Broadway Tower, which is ~4 miles from Broadway).

Unfortunately, you cannot take a look inside the castle without paying an entrance fee. The entrance fee currently costs £22.

"Stanton is a village and civil parish in Tewkesbury Borough, Gloucestershire, England. Stanton is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt villages in the Cotswolds. Most of the houses you see today were built 400 years ago — the village church dates to the 12th century — and nearly all are made of locally quarried natural stone.

Laverton is a large hamlet located in the Tewkesbury borough of Gloucestershire. It homes a number of beautiful cottages which display the unique Cotswold vernacular stone architecture that stays true to this area.

Sudeley Castle was built in the mid 1400s on the land of the former Sudeley estate and manor house. It's linked strongly to king Henry VIII and his wife Katherine Parr who is buried here. In the mid 1600s the castle was slighted (destroyed) as part of the English civil war. Today it's a lived in castle, and you can pay to visit. You can also run past on the footpaths and enjoy the view.

Beautiful and touristy Cotswolds village. The wide high street has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to stop and refresh. Good starting point to explore the Northern Cotswolds and climb Snowshill and Broadway Tower.

A well maintained straight gravel track with stunning views.

Great walk from Buckland following the Cotswold Way to Stanton. My issue was with the style in Stanton at the start of the return trip. I walk alone with my dog, all other styles were dog friendly with dog gates except this one, there was no way we could get through. We went back and further on in the village to the footpath through the churchyard and thankfully this one had a dog gate. lovely views to Wales from the top.

Aston Somerville is a small village in delightful Worcestershire countryside. It is a stone's throw from the Cotwolds AONB and the Wychavon Way medium-distance footpath runs through the village. Its pretty 13th-century St Mary's Church is Grade I-listed.

On the banks of the River Isbourne, Sedgeberrow is a lovely little village in the Wychavon district of Worcestershire. It's not far from the Cotswolds AONB and, with Bredon Hill just a stone's throw away, is an ideal rural getaway. The village has a number of guesthouses, making it a great base from which to explore this magnificent countryside.
