The Irish-born writer and literary scholar Clive Staples Lewis (1898–1963), author of the fantasy series "The Chronicles of Narnia" (for which he was awarded the Carnegie Medal for Literature in 1956 for the final volume), only found his way to Christianity after a period of atheism and materialism. Before the small sacred monument in the form of a crucifix that stands here, I quote an important sentence by C. S. Lewis, which he wrote down during his conversion to Jesus Christ as Savior and Redeemer (1931): "Now, the story of Christ is simply a true myth: a myth that affects us just like any other, but with the enormous difference that it really happened."

This stone circle is located in the upper "garden" of the Allegria Thermal Baths. Whether Druids once met here is unknown ;) Unless the occult event took place since the Allegria's construction :)
