Large green park with many tarmac'd paths in good condition. Also contains football and cricket pitches, foot-golf course, tennis courts, skate park and childrens' activity playground. There are two cafes within the two pavillions, along with ornamental areas with ponds. There is a large War Memorial monument. The park is also home to Coventry Park Run.

the Kenpas Highway is great to practice speed- cycling, however must be careful of side winds when the traffic gets busier.

Coventry’s War Memorial Park opened in July 1921 as a tribute to the 2,587 Coventrians who died during the First World War. Coventry City Council used money donated by the public to purchase the land from the Lords of Styvechale Manor, the Gregory-Hood family. At the time it was a large grassed area that was part of Styvechale (Stivichall) Common. The landscaped gardens and sports areas were created in the late-1920s and 1930s. During the Second World War, barrage balloons and anti-aircraft guns were sited in the park and the large concrete blocks where they were positioned still exist.

The War Memorial Park in Coventry is a tribute to the lives lost during WWI and 2. The park spans 121 acres and offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere to relax and stroll around in. The park features walking paths, sports fields, a playground and a lake.

The church was built in 1842. It is built from the local red stone and consists of a nave, chancel and a north porch with a brick bellcote over the west gable. It is one of the first archaeologically conscientious churches in England … an attempt at least at recreating the local village church … the attitude is unmistakably the Victorian as against the pre-Victorian. Lord Leigh of Stoneleigh, who was a scholarly poet and a member of Christ Church, Oxford, provided the site, the endowment and the stone from his nearby quarry. It was designed for 300 people, with two-thirds of the sittings being free and was completed by 1845, although a vestry was later added in 1876.
