Today, the memorial site in Biała is a historical landmark, commemorating the tragic events of 1945. Seven information boards present the history of the settlement, dating back to the 17th century, describing the events of the massacre, and the location of the former mill. The boards are also dedicated to individual houses: the wooden house and barn of the Smoliński and Hejko families, and the brick house and barn of the Jabłoński and Godziński families. Access The memorial site in Biała is easily accessible by car or bicycle. There is parking and a covered shelter that can serve as a picnic area. This area is also a perfect place for a walk amidst the nature of the Brodnica Lake District. A picturesque lake is nearby.
