Steep, busy with cars and tourists, but beautiful scenery. Worth the pain.

Awesome massive descent if you come from the right side Big pillars either side of the pass make it feel like a canyon

Climb this from Hathersage booths to get away from the main drag into Hathersage & you can keep going up & over to Ringinglow or turn left at the summit then right at the junction & head on a beautiful route following Stanage Edge, eventually dropping you out on Yorkshire Bridge. It’s a beaut!

Great stop but no toilet 🤷🏼‍♂️

Without doubt one of the best views around for miles. If you have arrived there from climbing up Mam Nick it makes it all the more rewarding.

Fast downhill. Be ready on the breaks as there are some tighter bends in places and the road c an be fairly narrow.

The road is starting to slip near the top before the hairpin and the council have been out surveying it as there's a clear section that's likely to collapse in the near future with a few more heavy rains/snowfalls. It could soon end up like the Broken Road on the other side of the hill.

Amazing views, unreal sunsets, as mentioned above... also a great spot for cloud inversions when the conditions are right (so, a lot during winter months haha!)!
