The Szczecin Landscape Park "Puszcza Bukowa" covers an area of about 15 km in length and 10 km in width, stretching along the southern borders of Szczecin, all the way to the Płonia River in the east. Most of this area is occupied by the Bukowe Hills covered with the Bukowa Forest. The northern and central part of the forest is the most elevated and undulating, with a varied terrain, with high and steep hills cut by ravines and valleys through which forest rivers and streams flow. The flora of the Bukowa Forest includes about 1,250 species of plants, including 53 species under full protection. In the forest we can also find about 140 species of birds, a dozen or so species of mammals and several species of reptiles. Among the birds we can meet the black stork, white-tailed eagle, lesser spotted eagle and red kite. There is also a very rich butterfly fauna, about 400 species.

Węglino is a picturesquely situated forest lake in the northern part of the Gorzeń forest. The shoreline is not developed, there are numerous viewpoints along the shores. The lake is located in the western part of the West Pomeranian Lake District on the Pyrzycko-Stargard Plain in the Bukowa Forest. Area 5.32 ha, of which approx. 2 ha from the east are heavily overgrown. The length of the unovergrown part is approx. 210 m, width approx. 150 m,

보호 구역은 구릉, 협곡, 개울, 용천으로 이루어진 빙퇴구릉의 경사면에 위치해 있습니다. 이 지역에는 표면에 나타났다 사라지기를 반복하는 우트라타(Utrata) 개울이 흐릅니다. 보호의 목적은 다양한 유형의 포메라니아 너도밤나무 숲과 풍부한 초본 식물 군락을 보존하는 것입니다. 100년 이상 된 너도밤나무는 높이가 40m에 달합니다. 이곳에는 희귀하고 멸종 위기에 처한 식물들이 자생하며, 그중에는 코스트르제바 레스나(kostrzewa leśna), 코코리치 푸스타(kokorycz pusta), 페를루프카 예드노크비아토바(perłówka jednokwiatowa), 자히우카 오슈체포바타(zachyłka oszczepowata), 프지툴리아 포스폴리타(przytulia pospolita) 등이 있습니다. 보호 식물 중에는 크루쉬치크 셰로콜리스티(kruszczyk szerokolistny), 크루쉬치크 시니(kruszczyk siny), 칼리나 코랄로바(kalina koralowa), 크루쉬나 포스폴리타(kruszyna pospolita), 마르잔카 본나(marzanka wonna) 등이 있습니다. 샘물 너도밤나무 숲이 계곡 바닥을 차지하고 있습니다. 이 보호 구역은 서포메라니아 숲 개발의 선구자인 뛰어난 산림학자 요제프 레반도프스키(Józef Lewandowski)의 이름을 따서 명명되었습니다. 이 숲에 공헌한 인물을 기념하는 명판이 새겨진 빙퇴석은 보호 구역의 남동쪽, 슈체친-슈미에르드니차(Szczecin-Śmierdnica)와 콜로보(Kołowo)에서 오는 도로가 교차하는 지점에 있습니다. 콜로프스키 파로비(Kołowskie Parowy)의 풍경을 더 가까이에서 보고 싶은 사람들을 위해 두 개의 관광 경로가 마련되어 있습니다. 스타니스와프 파벨스키(Stanisław Pawelski)의 붉은색 경로(Czerwony Szlak)는 슈체친 키예보(Szczecin Kijewo)에서 글린나(Glinna)까지 이어집니다. 스타니스와프 그론스키(Stanisław Groński)의 파란색 경로(Niebieski Szlak)는 슈체친 즈드로예(Szczecin Zdroje)에서 즈두노프(Zdunowo)까지 이어집니다.

Szmaragdowa Topiel – a small forest lake located next to the village of Kołowo in the western part of the Szczecin Coast on the Bukowe Hills in the Bukowa Forest. Access via the Zygzak road from Kołówko. 0.5 km to the west, the red tourist trail Szlak Nadodrzański. Szmaragdowa Topiel is covered with duckweed and is partially overgrown.
