This rectangular square is surrounded by the buttresses, the apse and the tower of the Archpriest Church of Santa María del Salvador. Upon accessing it through the Villa Arch, guarded by two castle cannons, visitors find an architecturally configured space. Located on the right bank of the Júcar River, the town is surrounded by countless green routes along which Roman roads once passed. It is worth seeing the Church of the Purísima Concepción, the Roman bridge, the El Santo Natural Park and Alcalá del Júcar.

It is a lagoon a little smaller than the Pétrola lagoon, but of equal importance for the ecosystem of the area. The advantage is that you can observe the birds (for example flamingos) up close.

The Pétrola Lagoon is one of the most important wetlands in the province. The water becomes saltier than the sea! A perfect place for bird watching, including flamingos.

The cave-houses are one of several Chinchilla monuments that were declared a Historic-Artistic Site. The caves from the 16th century were the homes of the Jewish and Muslim population, expelled after the conquest of the Catholic Monarchs. Today they have become an original and even luxurious home.

The museum houses nearly 2,000 pieces from more than 500 potters from all the provinces that have or have had potters.
