Actually, that is the door to the recreational area called La Aliseda, where there are barbecues, a pool of water for bathing and even a small bar that is usually open in summer.

Also in clear relation with the agricultural past of the population, the flour mills were built fundamentally in colonial times, taking advantage of the fluvial courses.

This element is found in the town of Aldeaquemada, on the route that goes down from the so-called Plaza de Armas to the pool formed by the Cimbarra waterfall. It is an extraordinary mill since it is located in the middle of the hillside at a level very similar to that of the waterfall from which it was fed by a small channel dug into the rock.

The Moruno Oven is so close to the Cortijo de las Américas itself, as it is wall to wall as a continuation of the building in ruins. It is right next to the bike seen in the first photo.
