In Palencia de Negrilla, a small municipality in Salamanca, there are several interesting options for running or hiking.

Almenara de Tormes is a Spanish municipality and town in the province of Salamanca. The term Almenara comes from the Arabic (al-manāra), "the lighthouse" or "the watchtower", since behind the same town there is a small watchtower.

Near the Tormes River, next to its banks, appears the Ledesma Spa. This has always been known in the area but it is not only beautiful on the inside, but also because of its location!

Bridge that is located near the town of Villamayor and that passes over the Tormes River. This, with its great flow, offers incredible views of the banks of the same river.
