The Majdan Sopocki Reservoir is a picturesque reservoir located in Roztocze, surrounded by forests and hilly terrain. It is an ideal place to relax, both for lovers of sunbathing and active leisure – you can swim, rent kayaks or go fishing. There are cycling and walking paths around the reservoir, which allow you to admire the charms of nature. In the summer, there are catering points here, and holiday cottages and camping sites are available for tourists. It is worth taking comfortable shoes if you are planning to hike in the nearby forests of the Roztocze National Park.

The chapel from 1943 is located in the Saint Roch Reserve and is a place of pilgrimage for many believers who pray for healing. The most ardent walk around the chapel on their knees. Such great fame of this place comes from historical accounts that during the plague, Marysieńka Sobieska ordered a chapel to be built over the springs and a painting of St. Roch, the patron saint of people with infectious diseases, to be placed in it. Regardless of whether you believe in the magical properties of this place, it is undoubtedly worth visiting due to the natural values and beauty of the forest in the Krasnobród Landscape Park.

The name of the place is explained by legend. According to it, the devil decided to bet one of the local peasants that he could build Hell on the hill in a single night. If he succeeded, the peasant would surrender his soul to him. Hell was almost completed, but as the devil was carrying the last boulder, a rooster crowed, heralding the dawn. The rocks left on the hill are therefore remnants of the devil's construction.
