It is difficult to escape the vineyards in this incredible fertile valley of the Ebro River. You are literally in La Rioja. The harvest begins in September so the road can be busy. You can always join the harvest.

Following the gentle angulation of the Ebro River, the natural border between La Rioja and the Basque Country is established. The river landscape and surrounding vineyards provide a tranquil backdrop for this hiking route.

An abandoned train line converted into an incredible activity trail for hiking and biking. Enjoy the river scenery safely away from cars and traffic.

I recommend taking a photo that combines the Fuenmayor sign with the Church in the background. Visiting it inside is also an unforgettable experience.
