Wyżna Pass, located at an altitude of 872 m above sea level in the Western Bieszczady Mountains, is one of the most recognizable places in the region. The pass offers a magnificent panorama of Połonina Wetlińska, Połonina Caryńska and Tarnica, the highest peak of the Western Bieszczady Mountains. For road cyclists, it is an attractive point on the Great Bieszczady Loop route, offering well-maintained asphalt roads. There is a large parking lot, a bus stop and an inn on site, making it a convenient place to rest. It is also worth paying attention to the monument dedicated to Jerzy Harasymowicz, a poet associated with the Bieszczady Mountains.

The climb is just under 2 km long and has a 180 m elevation gain, which gives a demanding 8.5% average gradient. The surface is in good condition.

The ascent to Przełęcz Wyżna from Wetlina is longer than from Brzegi Górne and has fewer sides. Over a distance of 5.4 km we overcome 210 m of elevation with an average gradient of 4%. The asphalt is of good quality. On the pass there is a restaurant Zajazd u Górala.

Fresh, even asphalt and a series of 6-10% uphill sections. An ideal section of about 10 km for road training. Moderate movement.

A monument commemorating the brave defenders, ordinary people, of Cisna and the surrounding area against the UPA 1944–1947. Initially, he was called "Fallen in the fight to consolidate people's power" (pol. "Poległym w walce o utrwalenie władzy ludowej"). In order to avoid dismantling the monument as part of the decommunization act, it was decided to change its name.

The most iconic restaurant in Wetlina. It has been around since the 1980s or even longer. It used to be just a pub where you could drink beer and listen to music. It has become a favorite place for Bieszczady hikers. Today it has become civilized, expanded and has become a restaurant. However, the atmosphere remains and you can still listen to live music there. I recommend.
