What do I recommend seeing and doing? Walk through the village and visit the Church of San Esteban, the castle ruins, and the troglodyte caves. Personally, I would add Sendaviva (a theme park) if you're traveling with children or enjoy theme parks. Complete your visit with a birdwatching tour of the Biological Station.
