On the edge of the slope to the Dragonergrund, between the castle park of Schillingsfürst and Stilzendorf, there is a beautiful grassy path with great views. Simply wonderful! 👍

The Bronnenhaus (fountain house) with its tower that can be seen from afar was built in 1702. The reason for this was to supply the princely residence in Schillingsfürst with fresh water. A very interesting monument to the history of technology.

Chlodwig von Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst (1819-1901) is buried in the family cemetery of the princely house of Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst. He was Prime Minister of Bavaria, later of Prussia, and Chancellor of the Reich from 1894 to 1900.

The small lake pub is located directly on the shore of the bathing pond in Lauterbach and spoils you from Tuesday to Sunday with Franconian specialties, delicious beers and wines and above all grilled meat.
