Casasimarro is a vibrant, artisanal town with a strong personality, known for both its musical tradition (guitars) and its agricultural production (mushrooms). It combines heritage, culture, and nature in a way that is characteristic of the La Manchuela region of Cuenca. Casasimarro is famous for its luthier tradition, unique in Castilla-La Mancha, where several generations have built guitars and instruments for nationally and internationally renowned musicians. This identity is reflected in the Monument to the Guitar, an emblem of the town. In addition to its musical tradition, Casasimarro is known as the mushroom capital, a deeply rooted agricultural activity that is central to its economy and gastronomy.

It is located just outside the town. It is ideal for resting in nature and cooling off on the river beach. There is a restaurant very close in case you need supplies.

Population that is located at one end of La Mancha and that is surrounded by two large rivers, on its west side the Río Júcar and to the east, the Río Valdemembra.

It is located on the outskirts of the town in an area of hills and valleys, surrounded by pine forests and trees. The Júcar River also runs through the park, making it an ideal place for bird watching. It offers a wide variety of outdoor activities, such as hiking trails, bike rides, and picnic areas.

Nice and quiet place, ideal for taking a break next to the Júcar river, a few meters from the town center of El Picazo.
