The village of Pumares, in Santa Eulalia de Oscos, is a small village of stone, black slate and water.

A hydraulic mill built in the 18th century. It is located on the right bank of the Agüeira River, surrounded by nature and next to a waterfall. It is a "bucket" type mill, that is, it uses the force of water to move the hydraulic wheel that moves the mill machinery. In its busiest time, the San Martín de Oscos Mill was one of the main mills in the area, and was used to grind all kinds of cereals, especially corn, which was the staple food in the region. Currently, the mill is in the process of restoration.
