From the Puntal del Morral viewpoint, the views are simply spectacular. In the foreground, the green of the pine forest is revealed, which gives way, below, to the yellow and brown plain. To the south you can see the bare cliffs of Punta del Morral, the Sierra de María and the Peñón del Guarda.

Spectacular fortress of medieval origin, located in the town of Orce. The construction is from the Nasrid period, when the town was an important point in the defense of the Kingdom of Granada. The building is made up of a parade ground surrounded by a wall with seven towers.

This citadel, also known as Orce castle, is an old fortress dating from the Nasrid period. Thanks to the various reforms that have been carried out, it still preserves the seven original towers. It was declared a site of cultural interest in 1985.

Magnificent views to the north and south. From this viewpoint you can see the Sierras de las Estancias and Filabres.

Route not recommended in summer, due to the lack of shady areas. It must be impressive to do it when the almond trees are in bloom. It is an authentic beauty, the specimen of Aleppo pine lying down, very close to the Los Chaveses farmhouse.
