Sanctuary located next to the Terra Alta Greenway within the area of the Pàndols-Cavalls mountains. The building, built in the 19th century, has a group of baroque-style buildings around it. The name of the sanctuary comes from the mineral-medicinal water source located to the left of the Canaleta river.

Serra de Pàndols is a mountain range that forms part of the Catalan Prelittoral Range. It is distributed between the municipalities of Gandesa and Pinell de Brai in Terra Alta, its maximum elevation is Punta Alta, with an altitude of 704 meters.
