The Chorreras del río Cabriel in Enguídanos, in the province of Cuenca, are an impressive natural site known for its waterfalls, gorges, rapids and turquoise-blue pools.

16th century Trinitarian Monastery transformed into a charming hotel that offers all the comforts.

This wonderful set of waterfalls and natural pools is located on the bed of the Cabriel River, just 5 km from the town of Enguidanos, one of its greatest attractions. An ideal place for the summer although it offers a spectacle worth visiting at any time of the year. Be careful when you travel, the path is narrow and shared with hikers, drive carefully and respect the indications.

Built in the 16th century, the Monastery offers the possibility of staying and enjoying nature in this area of the Cuenca mountains. It works as a hotel and restaurant after its restoration a few years ago and you can tour the Sanctuary as well as its facilities and surroundings. One of the many panoramic points offered by the Cuatro Ríos trail, in this case with beautiful views of Cabeza Moya flanked by the Cabriel River on its way to the Contreras Reservoir.

From the town of Enguídanos you can take the marked path PR-CU 54 that takes you through a wonderful landscape crossing the four rivers that converge in these areas, the Cabriel, San Martín, Mira and Narboneta rivers. The Route is about 20 kilometers, although you can take shortcuts in several sectors to shorten the journey.
