Great views of the Bay of Valencia

From the town of Llíria there appears a small mountain range called Les Travesses that reaches this small peak called La Buitrera.

The antennas of the Cumbre de Calicanto in the Serra Perenxisa offer wonderful views of the city of Valencia, the Levante coast and the Hoya de Buñol. There are several alternatives to get there, either by paved road or a gravel track with greater difficulty. Either way you will have a nice reward when you get up there!

It is easily climbed by track from the road that goes to the hostel.

The road is much better than the last time, they have smoothed it and removed the elbow pads that were there, the difference in level is still the same...

One of the peaks that gives its name to the Natural Park of Les Rodanes. From here you can see very nice views, a site with a very pleasant environment with many trees.

There are two possibilities to reach the antennas. One is going up the road of the Calicanto urbanization and the other is by a track that connects in the lower part of the urbanization. You must bring a suitable bicycle along the track and keep in mind that there are sections with loose stone.

Experience with the bike is needed because it has sections of descents with reds that if you don't have it, you'll fall for sure. I say this because I was smart and I had to get off the bike on some descent because I didn't see it clearly
