Perfect tracks that connect the 17 municipalities of the Pedroches Valley.

One of the few churches in the town of Torrecampo. The Church of San Sebastián with birds nesting in its bell tower is one of the most attractive monuments in the town.

In the central square of the town of Villanueva de Córdoba are the anti-aircraft shelter from the Civil War (it is the best preserved in the province) and the Church of San Miguel Arcángel (from the 16th century).

Villanueva is close to the largest holm oak pasture in all of Europe. That is why, along with agriculture, its main economic activity is pig farming. The town is aware of what the acorn gives them and they have even dedicated a fountain to it.

On a walk on the outskirts of Villanueva de Córdoba, you pass paths with their own names such as the Camino de la Bermejuela, the Camino de las Mojoneras or the Camino de la Virgen de Luna.

Located in the Valle de Los Pedroches region, the town has several places of architectural interest: its streets, manor houses, corners and, above all, the perfect combination of granite, a typical construction material of the region, and limestone. Highlights are the Church of San Miguel and the Old Palace of Justice.

Nestled in the Los Pedroches region, it has an excellent geographical position that since previous centuries was valued as being an obligatory step on the royal road that linked Córdoba with the court.
