The La Tranquera Reservoir in Nuévalos is a spectacular place to enjoy nature and panoramic views. Inaugurated in 1959, the reservoir was designed to regulate the flow of the Piedra River and ensure the water supply in the region.

From the path, located at an altitude of about 924 meters, we have great views of the Corral del Tío Polo, currently in a dilapidated state.

Near the town of Cihuela, we find this Navajo, it is a piece of land, where the rainwater is collected.

In the middle of a cultivated field near the town of Cihuela, we find this shelter that will come in handy to take refuge in the event of a storm.

On our arrival at Cruz de Armantes, we will be surrounded by a beautiful landscape of the Ribota valleys. A picture that will surely force us to take out our cameras to photograph.

We are in the Sierra de Armantes, in a place shaped by wind and water. We would not say that we are in Zaragoza! What a beautiful print and what contrasts of colors, apart from some impressive views. It will remind us of the Far West, what's more, in Zaragoza they call it the Bilbilitano Far West.

Located at an altitude of 817 meters, we find beautiful views of the Tranquera reservoir from Cerro de Somé. The path up to here is not marked, but it is clearly visible. Not long ago, this area was burned but it is growing and returning to normal.

Beautiful views of the Tranquera reservoir, from the town of Nuévalos, with the imposing Torre del Castillo behind us. If we are lucky enough to go with the reserves of the reservoir well charged with water, we will see the spectacular emerald blue color that it has. We will find fishermen, people bathing and a lot of fauna.
