Asphalt forest track to the Bonicaparra refuge. A very nice climb, especially recommended in autumn when the beech forest is bursting with colour.

A comfortable mountain pass that connects the provinces of Burgos and La Rioja. Both sides have beautiful views, and it is worth climbing both.

Ezcaray a great town for strolling / eating out and a beautiful outskirts

This cycle path runs from Ezcaray to Casalarreina (both towns are in the Rioja Alta region, in La Rioja), following the old railway route. In addition to Ezcaray, the greenway passes very close to the towns of Ojacastro, Santurde de Rioja, Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Castañares de la Rioja and finally Casalarreina. The track is made of mixed soil: compacted asphalt and gravel (small crushed stone).

The Alto de la Pradilla is located at an altitude of 1,244 meters and has only six kilometers of ascent at an average of 5.2%. Located at the western end of La Rioja, this hill serves as the border with the province of Burgos. The start is smooth along a road in good condition that will gradually increase in terms of slope in a winding layout.

A good walk from Ezcaray, or from Zorraquín, and a good starting point for the route to El Hombre.

A spectacular route, circular from the small village of Azárrulla. It runs through the ravine of the Usaya stream, which is crossed up to 7 times by its small wooden walkways, and the sun terrace of the same name. It can be done in both directions, depending on the heat or the cold, since the sunny side of the Usaya, as its name suggests, is always warmer, and the ravine is colder and darker.
