Highlight of the road between Colmenar Viejo and Guadalix de la Sierra. From here there is a path of a couple of kilometers that ascends to the summit of the San Pedro hill. There is also a parking lot where we find an old building with a sign indicating the distances to Colmenar and Madrid.

The port of Canencia is one of the most pleasant to climb in the Sierra de Guadarrama. On any of its slopes, both from Miraflores de la Sierra and from the town of Canencia, the slopes are not too steep and the landscape is incredible.

super nice ....., this route is worth it, easy without technical complexity except at the end, when you reach manzanares, a gravel descent to descend carefully if you still do not have much control.
