The Xoxote refuge has a real mountain atmosphere. Its privileged location makes it a reference point for the area's grazing. The accommodation operates by reservation, but also has a bar service.

If you walk past it, it looks like a small mountain lake. Famous for the iceboxes in the area.

This is one of those mountains that is a pleasure to reach, a great atmosphere, great views, very cool. Officially, this is the Erlokurutz, "the cross of Erlo". The other, the Erlo itself, is a little higher up.

The service is 10/10, the food is 10/10 and the atmosphere is 10/10. A must stop. And they sell some super cool and very cheap t-shirts.
