알부뉴엘라스‬에서 가장 멋진 ‪7‬개의 산 정상

Pico del Cielo is an impressive peak located in the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara, and Alhama Natural Park, near Nerja. The route is approximately 20 km (round trip) and can take between 6 and 7 hours to complete. It's a challenging hike in terms of endurance, but technically easy.

Beautiful views. The place is accessed by a constant climb. The most direct way to access it is by leaving by car at the sports courts that are located next to the road in the highest part of the town.

To get to the cross of the pico del cielo or well known as cuesta del cielo we can do it from the pinarillo area of Nerja or from the Castillejos road.

This is a beautiful climb from mesón los prados de Lopera I recommend it for the fabulous views

Its name says it all, with an altitude of 1508 meters above sea level, the top of El Cielo peak is a challenging summit with demanding and technical sections but that compensates with wonderful views of the Axarquía and the Nerja coast. A place worth visiting, remember to come well prepared, the climb is hard and takes many hours and there are no sources along the way.

Wear suitable footwear. Short route but with a steep slope. Magnificent views from the top.
