New sculpture and tribute to the bike that has been promoted by the Regional Council, to give visibility to the importance of cycling in Berguedà. Now we have a new milestone to frame the challenge of crowning the Coll de Pradell, brutal!!

It's a very beautiful and challenging mountain pass in the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees, in the Berguedà region. The road enters a very unspoiled area, reaching the villages of Malanyeu and La Nou del Berguedà. The road is narrow but in perfect condition; it's a pleasure to ride here. The Volta a Catalunya included it in its 2024 route, the edition won by Pogaçar, on the stage that finished at the Sanctuary of Queralt. It was on this mountain pass, on its northern slope, that Pogaçar launched a violent attack to go solo and ride the final 30 km and take the stage victory.

It's one of the three toughest and most spectacular passes in Catalonia, along with Mont-Caro and the neighboring Coll de Pradell. It's a tough, long, and high pass, one that leaves its mark. It's a shame that the northern slope from Cerdanya isn't paved and could be a parallel pass to Collada de la Creueta and Tosas. It's a real MUST.

This is an old road leading up to the Puigmal ski resort from the village of Err. For many years, this road was abandoned until it was resurfaced in 2023. The result is a narrow, perfectly maintained road that takes us from Err to the Cotzé area, where the first remotes of the old ski resort are located, and where it connects with the main climb from St. Leocadie. This section is approximately 5 km at 8.5% uneven terrain, combining steep slopes with rest areas. It traces three beautiful hairpin bends, one of which offers wonderful panoramic views of the French Cerdanya.

A very beautiful pass, as these mountains encompass the best of the mid- and high mountains. The landscape is magnificent, with beautiful views of Pedraforca Mountain. It is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful climbs in Alt Berguedà. Pedraforca is one of the most iconic mountains in Catalonia. This mountain has a very distinctive shape, with two peaks (the upper peak at 2,497 meters and Calderer at 2,491 meters). The nearest towns are Gósol and Saldes. Pedraforca is located in the Cadí mountain range.

This is a beautiful climb, with magnificent views and little traffic. The first part, up to the Devesa viewpoint, is more manageable. The second part of the climb steepens, reaching gradients of 11%. Enjoy!

It is a beautiful chapel next to the town of Bolvir, which in turn is next to one of the best hotels in Spanish Cerdanya. This chapel marks the beginning of one of the 2 variants (the hardest, along a narrow but in perfect condition road) to reach Guils, and later to the Guils - Fontanera cross-country ski resort.

First or last larger town. Located beautifully on the hill and makes a very nice impression. I liked it here.
