One of the parts of the Malamoneda site is a necropolis. In various parts we can see individualized tombs excavated on the masses and granite boulders.

Malamoneda castle was probably built at the same time as the tower. It served as a fortress and refuge for the inhabitants of Malamoneda. It is currently in a state of ruin.

The Malamoneda archaeological site, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, is a very interesting site for history lovers. The place is made up of a settlement, necropolis and different military elements from various historical periods: Hispano-Roman, Visigothic, Muslim and Medieval. The tower dates from the 13th century and was part of the fortification. The site can be freely visited.

Beautiful waterfall, one of which hides the Hoz de Carboneros. In the rainy season, you have to be careful, because the rocks can slip.

The route through the Hoz de Carboneros begins here, there is a flat area where you can park your car. La Hoz de Carboneros is a beautiful canyon that leads to beautiful waterfalls. It is a practically unsignposted route, except for two signs that we will find on the route.
