Very nice and fast cycle path.

Just outside Olivares, there's a small rest area that even had a natural fountain. Today, it appears abandoned, primarily because the fountain has dried up and perhaps also because it hasn't received the necessary maintenance attention to allow people to use it.

The village of Olivares is divided into two parts as a natural consequence of the passage of the Velillos River through the town. The water quality is not the best due to its color, although this may be due to some construction work being carried out upstream.

This beautiful fountain, which flows with untreated water, is located in the Granada town of Olivares, where we can fill our containers with fresh water.

We are at the crossroads between the towns of Olivares, Moclín and Colomera

Very close to the Cubillas reservoir, we find these facilities dedicated to model airplanes, where hundreds of fans practice this sport with their miniatures.

It is a highly recommended route, it is not difficult and the environment is perfect for enjoying the spectacular landscape.

The cycle path is a green way to approach Granada. But it is not that special. Rather a missed opportunity to make something beautiful of it.
