From the top of Pagasarri you can enjoy a wonderful view of Bilbao to the north and the amazing mountains to the south. It is an ideal place to stop and take it all in.
Ganekogorta is a spectacular summit with breathtaking panoramic views. Standing at 3,274 feet (998 m), it’s the main peak of a massif that includes Pagasarri, Ganeta, Pastorekorta, Arnotegi or Arraiz. Keep a look out for the wild ponies.

Pagero is a subsummit of Ganekogorta. However, the enchanting views you are afforded certainly give it’s taller neighbour a run for its money, especially Gallarraga and its foothills. Absolutely breathtaking.
The top of the Ganeta is recognizable by its large red and white antennae. At 689 meters above sea level, the Ganeta is little higher than its neighbor, the Pagasarri.
The Gorbea cross is located at the highest point of the summit. This was mount bocinero, from where the neighbors were summoned to the general meetings of Biscay, known as the "batzarrak".
Easy access from Etxaguen, and great views, highlighting the Gorbea to the NW and the Urrunaga reservoir to the SE. No wonder they call him the "Gorbea txiki"
