Västervik in the northeast of Smaland is a small but attractive seaside resort. Västervik is known for one of the best campsites in Sweden, but also for its seventy kilometers of coastline and around 5,000 islands and islets. Some even claim that you will find the most beautiful archipelago in Sweden here. The city is very well-kept wooden houses with roses in front of them. We recommend a walk through the city, a visit to these wooden houses, the eight small boatswain's houses, the harbor and the striking church.
