The Templars tower is currently a nature interpretation center. It is believed that the tower was built on top of an older one, and although its origin is somewhat unclear, its construction is attributed to the 16th and 17th centuries. It can be visited between 10:00 and 14:30 from Monday to Friday, and between 10:30 and 14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

Caravaca de la Cruz is a town and city in Murcia that is home to the districts of Barranda, Archivel, Navares and Singla, as well as smaller ones such as La Almudena and Benablón.
