The Templars tower is currently a nature interpretation center. It is believed that the tower was built on top of an older one, and although its origin is somewhat unclear, its construction is attributed to the 16th and 17th centuries. It can be visited between 10:00 and 14:30 from Monday to Friday, and between 10:30 and 14:00 on Saturdays and Sundays.

An important part of Las Fuentes is the area of Cuevas del Marqués, located on a hill overlooking Las Fuentes. It is a cave artificially excavated in the rock and dating from the Islamic period. Above the cave there are a series of channels and pools possibly related to some type of craft industry.

A charming natural park that is one of the main attractions of Caravaca del la Cruz. The area has its own microclimate, thanks to the water and a large number of animal and plant species can be observed. Do not miss the Cuevas del Marqués, artificial caves carved into the rock. In the Nature Interpretation Center, located in the so-called Torreón de los Templarios, you can learn about the history, flora, fauna, etc. Perfect to visit in autumn for the explosion of colors in the leaves of the trees.
