주의: 이 성은 역사적 인물인 블라드 드라큘라와 전혀 관련이 없습니다!!! ;-)) 브란 성(루마니아어: Cetatea Bran, 영어: 종종 ‘드라큘라 성’으로 불림)은 루마니아에서 가장 유명하고 방문객이 많은 건축물 중 하나입니다. 남부 카르파티아 산맥의 극적인 바위 절벽에 자리 잡고 있으며 브라쇼브에서 불과 30km 떨어져 있습니다. 이 중세 요새는 60미터 높이의 석회암 바위 위에 자리 잡고 있으며 신비, 역사, 루마니아 민속의 상징으로 여겨집니다. 종종 백작 드라큘라의 전설과 연관되지만, 브란 성은 무엇보다도 트란실바니아의 역사, 건축, 문화를 증명하는 증거입니다.

볼 만합니다. 상부 역에서 5분 거리에 있는 명소입니다. 스핑크스와 비슷한 바위이지만, 제게는 영화 프로메테우스의 외계인과 더 비슷하게 보입니다.

Great scenery

Impressive, but also quite crowded. Inside the base is a small photo exhibition about the history of the cross.

Pope John Paul II, during the Stations of the Cross in the year 2000 at the Colosseum in Rome, expressed the following thoughts, which may also be of interest to passersby here before this colossal summit cross: “Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things in order to enter into his glory?” (Luke 24:26).
