An interesting technical monument of aviation

The cycling route passes Otočec Castle, which has been declared a cultural monument and is the only water castle in Slovenia. It continues along the Krka River, all the way to the beginning of the municipality of Šmarješke Toplice. Here it passes through Dolenje Kronovo, where it connects to the state road.

Very good bicycle road. No lights, so bring your own. Watch out for pedestrians walking their dogs.

There's a free parking lot right next to the bridge. The view is beautiful!

For me, this is the most beautiful view of this idyllic town! Here is a small island, accessible via a bridge, with a platform and a kind of wooden frame, making for a wonderful photo panorama.

Picturesque location on the Krka, and even in high season not very touristy

There's also a great ice cream parlor here. The town is generally not overrun by tourists, even during peak season. The location on the Krka River is picturesque.
