Today restored and prepared to visit, archaeological remains dating back to the 4th century BC have been found in the castle. Over the centuries the settlement has taken the shape of a castle until what is currently known dates back to the 12th century. It can be accessed for free, an ideal visit to go with the little ones! The views towards the town are spectacular!

Trail belonging to the ENDUROLAND network. Unlike others, this is a path of little or no difficulty, with a lot of "flow" as the moderns say. It also ends in a paved track that allows you to easily link back to the beginning of the path and thus repeat it as many times as you want.

The Arenoso reservoir collects the waters of the Mijares river and creates an impressive landscape between the mountains and rocky slopes in which Puebla de Arenoso and Montanejos are located.

The last 3km of the route, the last descent is mountaineering, impossible to travel with the bike, you have to go down several ravines that with the bike are quite difficult to go down by hand, be careful because it is dangerous, this could have been said by whoever recorded the route. Horrible, it almost made me dark to report the routes well.

This reservoir is located on the course of the Mijares river, one of the most picturesque in the province of Castellón given its surroundings and landscape. Downstream is the town of Montanejos with many activities and services.
