A small town on the banks of the Iregua River, south of Logroño. From afar you can see the bell tower of the town church.

One of the green lungs of Logroño. It joins, through the mouth of the Iregua river in the Ebro, the Ebro park that runs along the entire river in Logroño. Also, from here, heading south, the Roman road starts, which can take you to the port of Piqueras.

Villamediana de Iregua is located near the mouth of the Iregua River. The town is located between the rural area, surrounded by beautiful vineyards and the urban influence, due to its proximity to the city of Logroño, bordering the municipality.

The Vía Romana del Iregua is a path marked out with purple and white markings that has been signposted along a path that runs parallel to the Iregua river. The original route of the old Roman road linked the towns of Vareia (Varea) and Numancia.

One of the large peri-urban parks in Logroño, next to the bed of the Iregua river, a tributary of the Ebro. Its layout is part of the GR-99 Long Distance path, also called the Ebro Natural Path. It forms part of the Logroño green belt, being very used for outdoor sports due to the connection with the La Ribera Park and the Ebro Park.
