Ochagavía, or Otsagabia in Basque, is a Navarrese town located on the banks of the Anduña river. Located a few kilometers from the Irati forest, the municipality exudes a lot of charm with its traditional stone houses, its Romanesque hermitage and its medieval bridge.

From this panoramic point on the Ruta del Gartxot there are beautiful views towards the Pyrenees and with good visibility you can see the Moncayo.

This beautiful waterfall is located on the path of the Ruta del Gartxot surrounded by a wonderful and picturesque forest of beech and oak trees.

A small charming town next to the Salazar River. Close to the Irati Forest, a must see. Here you can try the typical snacks of the valley, such as migas de pastor, sheep meat, beef and wild boar.

This cave owes its name to a medieval legend that tells that the bard Gartxot took refuge there after murdering his son in order to prevent him from being snatched by the Orreaga / Roncesvalles monks. It is located in a nice forest setting.
