On weekends, the old railway line from Freudenberg to Wildenburg station is only partially suitable for racing cyclists, who show little to no consideration for families with children (and, for example, with bicycles). In some sections, gravel (Little Tyrol) lies in the curves. One should also pay attention to the bollards there. Furthermore, anyone looking for examples of—let's say—a less than optimal use of taxpayers' money will find them on this cycle path. Large sections are enclosed by a fence, the purpose and necessity of which remain a mystery to me.

Strolling through the treetops, enjoying breathtaking views of the Bergisches Land region, and learning fascinating facts about nature and the people of the area – the Panarbora Nature Adventure Park, with its observation tower and treetop walkway, is a highlight for nature lovers. With its many small and large natural attractions, play and sports facilities, guided tours, and programs, the park is a unique place for families, groups, and overnight guests to experience nature up close and learn about the environment and its countless interrelationships and symbioses in a playful and fun way.

Finally, the former secret path behind the Sieg Bridge has been brilliantly and exquisitely redesigned to create the continuous Siegradweg path. The path is gone, 150 meters have been newly paved, and the steps of the Siegrad Terrace, inviting you to take a break, are wonderfully sunny. Very nicely done, there's also a children's playground and several comfortable loungers for hikers. Great.
